Welcome to wpexteriorservicesllc.com. By accessing this website or contracting exterior services with W.P.E.S. LLC ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services & Estimates

W.P.E.S. LLC provides residential and commercial exterior home services, including seamless continuous-run gutter installation, leaf guard installation, gutter repair, cleaning, underground drainage, and related exterior maintenance. All quotes provided over the phone or in person are based on visible exterior conditions. If concealed conditions (such as rotted rafter tails or structural fascia damage behind existing gutters) are discovered during demolition, our crew will notify the owner before proceeding with supplemental work.

2. Mountain Weather Contingencies

Due to extreme elevation weather conditions in the North Carolina High Country (including sudden freezes, high wind gusts, severe lightning, and heavy snow accumulation), scheduling dates may occasionally be adjusted to protect crew safety and ensure proper sealant curing. We maintain direct weekly communication regarding any weather delays.

3. Property Access & Site Conditions

The property owner or manager agrees to provide safe exterior access to the roofline, perimeter, and driveway for mobile roll-forming equipment during the scheduled service window. Fragile outdoor items, vehicles, and pets should be secured away from eaves and work areas.

4. Workmanship & Warranty

We stand behind our motto: Perfection Is Our Profession. Our seamless gutters are fabricated on site using heavy-gauge aluminum and secured with heavy-duty screw hangers spaced for mountain snow loads. Specific manufacturer warranties apply to aluminum finishes and micro-mesh materials.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions shall be brought in the appropriate court in Avery County, North Carolina.
